Can I just say that one word: overwhelmed.

I have heard from so many people. Email, phone, texts. So many wonderful interactions reaching out to our family in the last week. Gifts on my door step, love from all around this blue planet. I feel so privledged for the real life and blogsphere friends in my life. Thank you doesn’t even come close. Not even close. I love you all so much. My heart is full.

One message reached me last night, from an old pal. Someone who has her own little secret growing inside her. It made me realize that all of you who have felt one little moment of connection and comfort in reading about our little world is worth all the ugly hate and nasty words.

I admit to feeling bruised and needing to protect Aodhan much more than I did before, but – I am reneging. Can I do that? Well, I am. We are staying right here.

I wasn’t looking for love. I wasn’t looking for anyone to beg us back into this commitment. Truly, I just wanted to say goodbye properly. But, your outpouring of support has made me change my mind – not the easiest thing to do I might add.

So, let’s go. Let’s just keep loving our babes and ourselves.

I have a week + worth of stories and adventures to share…..get ready!

I’m part of KBN and glad to hear this. BTW – I repinned or liked your emotional literacy rocks and they got tons of repins and likes. Also, I’ve been experimenting with vegan cookie recipes using various natural sweeteners, so if you have a favorite recipe, I’d love it! Glad you will still be a part of the mom blog world, a voice like yours is needed.

I’m so glad you changed your mind and didn’t let other peoples negativity take you away from sharing your valuable thoughts and experiences. Some people in this world are mean and it is sad when they touch you and your family, especially when you are brave enough to put yourself out there on display. But be reassured that for every hurtful comment there are millions of good comments flying around.
